Fescalo is not linked to a specific operating system or platform and is
thus
capable to work on a variety of computers and peripherals, both on the
server-side as the client-side (end-user). The reason is that Fescalo
is a pure browser based application, which runs on any modern browser.
Almost every organisation is subjected to change in their IT infrastructure
during
the course of time, either through hardware upgrades, new installations,
patching
of software or modification in operating systems. This is essential since
most
enterprise environments interconnect with many different kinds of computers
and devices.
To overcome operational interruptions regarding uptime, maintenance and stability,
Fescalo is designed to work on any system version and office environment
and
doesn't require any adjustments or tweaking because of reliance to a specific
platform. For this reason Fescalo is programmed to avoid tying functionalities
to any particular OS or platform, and is therefore not subjected to hardships
if platforms are to be changed later. Moreover it will minimize
costs and time to develop and deploy applications on multiple platforms.
Commonly
most applications are supported on only one platform, to reduce the cost
involved
in supporting multiple platforms.
